Registration Process

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

 

All registrations must be made through the Hutchison School online enrollment site.

Follow these five (5) easy steps to create a family profile and register:

  1. Click HERE to open registration page.

  2. On the login page, click on the blue link below the login box that reads "New family enrollment for Center for Excellence at Hutchison" to create a profile for a new family. 

  3. Once you complete the profile information, you will receive a temporary password by email. Use that password to reset to a permanent password in the My Account section of your parent dashboard.

  4. Now you are all set to enroll.

  5. Use the Enrollment tab to see available camps and workshops. Select "Perfecting Gifts" and proceed to checkout.


Payment is due at the time of registration. Hutchison School accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card through the online system. Please send cash or check payments to 1740 Ridgeway Road, Memphis, TN 38119. 

Policies and Procedures

  • CAMP COMMITMENTS

    • Each parent should be committed to complete the entire program.

    • The cost is $375 for the entire program at Hutchison School.

    •  Students may take up to one (1) vacation week in which the child is not present, if the agreement is made in a timely matter. 

    • Note: Refunds will not be given for absences. Tuition is non-refundable

    • Each parent will be extended a 10 minute grace period for pick-up due to traffic emergencies or other dilemmas. A $1/minute fee will be assessed for late pick up beyond the grace period. 

  • DRESS CODE

    • Clothing, jewelry, belt buckles, hats or visors that contain illegal/controlled products, offensive language, offensive images, display alcohol, or tobacco products are absolutely prohibited.

    • No bandanas, do-rags, stocking caps, or hair rollers can be worn during rehearsals or performances.

    • No exposed midriffs/ tops or undergarments may be shown. Absolutely no halter tops, pajama pants, or tank tops may be worn to camp.

    • Revealing, exceptionally deep cut tops, or inappropriately fitted clothing may not be worn.​                      

    • Note: In addition, at some instances, Leaders may use a devotional curriculum for kids to have group talks about topics such as one’s attitude, cleanliness, self-confidence, self-ability, etc. All topics will be relevant to this generation. As needed, it will reference scriptures in the Holy Bible and will be age appropriate.

CAMP RULES

  • No use of profanity, vulgar language, or fights will be permitted.

  • Anti-bullying rules will be STRICTLY enforced

  • Parents/Guardians will be contacted should your child/children become unruly during camp. The Director will inform the Parent/Guardian of any disciplinary problems immediately by phone or at the end of the camp day. Disciplinary action is at the discretion of the Director and may result in suspension or termination from camp.

  •  Perfecting Gifts, Inc. is not responsible for any personal belongings (i.e., ipods, mp3/ 4 players, handheld games, electronic devices, cell phones, trading cards, etc.). Therefore, these items are brought to camp at the students' risk.

  • For those children without communication devices (i.e., cell phones), there will be a public phone available in addition to help for emergencies and supervision by adult staff.

  • If Leaders feel that cell phones are becoming an interference, items may be collected by the Director, and returned to the Parent/Guardian at the end of the workshop.

  • Only the Parent/Guardian and other individuals listed on the application may sign the child/children out from camp. Parents must send signed letters including a telephone number for verification if anything changes. If we cannot verify, the child will NOT be released to be transported by anyone else. No exceptions!!
